Ashton Blaise Whitty was born 1 October, 1995 at Berkeley, California, USA. She is an actress well-known by her roles in Choices (2010), The Heart and Other Small Shapes (2006) and Chrissie Mayr's Content House

Asia Argento was born in Rome, Italy, into a family of actors and filmmakers. Both professions she has herself taken up. In 1985, she made her debut in the film of Sergio Citti, Sogni e bisogni. In 1988, she was the lead role in Cristina Comencini's first feature film Zoo (1988), as well as being part of Michele Soavi's ensemble in The Church (1989). In 1989, she played Nanni Moretti's daughter as the Red Wood Pigeon. (Also directed by Moretti). Close Friends (1992) by Michele Placido (both writer and director) is where Asia truly began to become a household name. The film allowed her to progress from the roles of young girls to more complicated, mature character. It was a huge success at the Cannes International Film Festival. Trauma (1996) and The Stendhal Sydrome are the others she's collaborated on with her renowned father. The Phantom of the Opera is her third movie she has made with her father, the other two being Trauma and The Stendhal Syndrome. In 1994, Asia decided to try her hand at filmmaking and made two film shorts: Prospettive In 1996, she directed a documentary on her father and, in 1998, a film about cult director Abel Ferrara, Abel/Asia (1998), which won an award at the Rome Film Festival. Asia was first introduced as a feature-length director with Scarlet Diva (2000). In the film, she played the role of a lead actor and also wrote the screenplay. The film was released on May 20, 2000, in Italy as well as the rest of world. It was also released in Brooklyn, New York it received an award from the Williamsburg film festival. Anna Lou, her first baby, was born in 2001. She had directed several music videos. She was a part of Jean-Marc Barr's performance as Jean-Marc Barr in The Red Siren, directed by Olivier Megaton. In 2003 she starred alongside Vin Diesel and Rob Cohen's action thriller. Asia is the author of several short stories, that were published in a variety of magazines.
